Teacher of Geography (Maternity Cover)

Teacher of Geography

The School is seeking to employ an inspirational, experienced and enthusiastic Teacher of Geography to provide maternity cover in its successful Geography Department from June/August 2026.

The successful applicant will be a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Geography with high standards of professionalism. They will have opportunities to teach both Higher and Advanced Higher Geography. A willingness to get involved in the extra-curricular life of the School would be welcome.

The appointment will begin on Monday 1 June 2026 or Thursday 13 August 2026. Candidates must be registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS).

The appointment will be subject to a successful application to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
