We offer an easy-to-use school bus service with a number of routes, providing pupils a safe trip from Glasgow and it's suburbs, to our Senior School campus in Anniesland and Junior School in Bearsden.

Senior School

The Senior School campus is located at Anniesland Cross, which links Great Western Road, Crow Road and Anniesland Road.

A number of bus routes serve the Anniesland area, including:

15 (Milngavie Train Station to Central Glasgow, via Anniesland)
6A (Frequent service from Anniesland Cross into Central Glasgow, via west end)

Kindergarten and Junior School

Located on Ledcameroch Road, the Junior School is very close to Drymen Road, the main thoroughfare of Bearsden.

The following routes, operated by Glasgow CityBus, currently serve this area:

17 (Hardgate to Glasgow Central Train Station)

Senior School

The Senior School is approximately 5-10 minutes away on foot from Anniesland and Jordanhill train stations.

Anniesland station operates regular direct services to and from Milngavie to the north and Glasgow Central/Glasgow Queen Street stations to the south, while Jordanhill station operates regular direct services to and from Glasgow Central/Glasgow Queen Street, as well as connecting to the Jordanhill and Scotstoun area to the west.

Anniesland station is a 10 minute ride away from Milngavie station and just two two stops (a 6 minute ride) away from Bearsden station (location of our Junior School).

On direct routes, Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central stations can be reached in approximately 12 minutes from both Anniesland and Jordanhill stations.

Helensburgh to Anniesland/Jordanhill - 40 mins
Giffnock to Jordanhill - 40-45 mins

Kindergarten and Junior School

The Kindergarten and Junior School is located just a 5 minute walk from Bearsden train station.

The station operates regular direct services to and from Milngavie train station to the north and to the central hubs of Glasgow Central/Glasgow Queen Street stations to the south.

Bearsden station is just two stops (a 5 minute ride) away from Milngavie station and two stops (a 6 minute ride) from Anniesland station (location of our Senior School).

Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central stations are approximately 20 minutes away by train.

Anniesland to Bearsden - 5 mins
Helensburgh to Bearsden - 45-60 mins
Giffnock to Bearsden - 55-70 mins

Vehicular Access and Parking

We provide ample on-site and nearby parking to ensure safe and secure drop offs and collections.

Senior School

The Senior School campus at Old Anniesland allows for vehicular access, meaning pupils can be picked up and dropped off safely in the car park within our grounds.

Parents may either drive up the road along the side of our extensive playing fields and drop off/pick up within the school car park, or children can be dropped off safely near the Anniesland Road entrance.

There is no vehicular access to the Senior School from Crow Road and it is not possible to drop pupils at the Crow Road entrance.

Kindergarten and Junior School

Parking is available on Ledcameroch Road and the adjacent Ledcameroch Crescent to help with daily drop-offs and pick-ups.

We operate a one way system through Ledcameroch Crescent and back down Ledcameroch Road, allowing for the free flow of traffic. Keeping traffic away from the immediate entry to the school ensures the safety of all of our pupils.

We are located within a residential area. Therefore, in order to prevent driveways and junctions from being blocked by traffic, and to encourage a more eco-friendly way of living, we encourage families who live locally to either walk or cycle to and from school. We have secure bike storage available on site, keeping your mode of transport safe until home time.
