One of two Deputy Head Teachers at the Senior School, Mr Iain Leighton has specific responsibility for Teaching and Learning within the Senior School, which includes the Professional Review and Development of staff.

He also has oversight of Fourth and Fifth Year pupils, of the Admissions Office and procedures as well as the organisation of Open Evening and Senior School Prizegiving, and operational oversight of School's Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and the School Management Information System (MIS).
