JUNIOR SCHOOL DEPUTY HEAD

In her role as Deputy Head Teacher at the Junior School, Mrs Morrans has overall responsibility for the delivery of pastoral care within the Junior School.

As Deputy Head Teacher, she deals with the day-to-day running of the School, including timetabling, rotas and the organisation of trips and events, including Junior Prizegiving.

Pastoral care, the welfare and guidance of Junior School pupils, the promotion of positive behaviour and fostering good relationships with parents are also key areas of responsibility for Mrs Morrans.

She has direct line management for certain teaching staff, work experience students, probationers and supply staff, and is the Deputy Child Protection Co-ordinator for the Junior School.
