It might not quite be winter yet, but our High School skiers are already hitting top form, with victories in yesterday's Primary and Secondary Autumn Dual Slalom competitions.

Taking place at Bearsden Ski Club, the Primary team of Fergus Currie, Nial Marshall, Kirsty Wicklow (all Trans) and Max Clark (J6) (pictured aboveachieved the remarkable feat of winning 7 out of 7 races in the Primary Dual Slalom event! They will now go on to compete at the National Finals, which take place at SnoFactor, Braehead, on Wednesday 26th October.

An equally strong performance came from the Senior 1st team of Marcus Forbes (S6), Isla Petrie (S5), Seamus Keaney (S4) and Ewan Forbes (S3) as they competed against a high quality field of competitors in the Secondary Dual Slalom competition.

While the 2nd and 3rd teams finished 4th and 6th respectively, the 1st team were victorious after defeating the highly rated Bearsden Academy team in a tense competition ski-off. Marcus, Isla, Seamus and Euan will now go on to the National final, again at SnoFactor, Braehead, on Thursday 27th October.
