Useful Information

The Senior School is open to pupils each day from 8:00am, with the Senior School Office open every day from 8:00am until 6:00pm.

There are eight scheduled periods throughout the Senior School day, with a 20 minute interval and just over an hour for lunch.

The Senior School day runs as follows:

8:50am - Pupils due on premises 
8:52am - Form period 
9:00am - Morning Assembly 

9:20am - Period 1 
10:00am - Period 2 
10.40am - Period 3 

11:15am - Interval

11:35am - Period 4 
12:10pm - Period 5 

12:50pm - Lunch

2:00pm - Period 6 
2:35pm - Period 7 
3:10pm - Period 8 

3:45pm - End of school day

These fees include tuition, text books, essential extras such as stationery and art materials, charges for swimming, transport for games and some extra-curricular activities, as well as personal accident insurance for each pupil. School uniform is not included in the fees.

Pupils must abide by our uniform regulations and are expected to be of smart appearance every day.

It is a requirement that High School blazers should be worn whilst pupils make their way to and from school.

Items of uniform can be purchased from Stevensons', while our Parent Association also hold regular second hand uniform sales, giving parents the chance to pick up any spare items they may require.

Uniform & Sports Kit

Senior School pupils can purchase a hot or cold meal from our refectory or, alternatively, may opt to bring their own packed lunch. Snacks are also available at interval.

Our refectory area is run by Compass Scotland. The Compass Group are the longest standing specialist independent school caterer, working with over 100 independent schools across the UK.

Our kitchen and servery areas were refurbished in summer 2021, helping us to cater for hundreds of children each day, with tasty and nutritious meals on offer.

Parents can view upcoming menus and pay for lunches in advance, using our Parent Portal.

Our Senior School is located in the heart of Anniesland, ideally positioned just 5-10 minutes on foot from both Anniesland and Jordanhill train stations.

Our campus allows for vehicular access from Anniesland Road, meaning pupils can be picked up and dropped off safely in the car park within our grounds.

We are also adjacent to Anniesland Cross, which links Great Western Road, Crow Road and Anniesland Road, with multiple bus routes serving large parts of Glasgow and its surrounding areas.

We operate bus services that run from the south side of Glasgow to the Junior School in Bearsden, via our Senior School in Anniesland, and from Kilmacolm to our Senior School, via Bridge of Weir and Brookfield.
