Three High School skiing teams impressed on the slopes at the SSSA Autumn Dual Slalom event earlier this month.

Taking place on Wednesday 2nd October, the school had teams participating in the Open Primary, S1-S3 Open and Open Primary competitions at Bearsden Ski Club.

The S1-S3 Open Team - Eva Shepherd, Alex Sivarajan (both S3), Max Clark (S2) and Rory Shepherd (S1) (pictured above) - were winners of their event and qualified for this week's SSSA Autumn Dual Slalom Series Finals.

Also qualifying for the finals, which take place tomorrow at Snow Factor, Braehead, were the Open Secondary Team - Ewan Forbes, Aoife Petrie (both S6), Amy Ashton, and Nial Marshall (both S3) - courtesy of a second place finish in their event.

Unfortunately, it wasn't to be for the Open Primary team of Alasdair Buchanan-Wollaston (Transitus), Alex Clark, Theo Stalin (both J6) and Persa Donaldson (J5). They finished fourth overall, narrowly missing out on a place at the finals.
