Originally a grand residential home, our school offers a unique environment for children to learn in. The historic sandstone entrance welcomes pupils through the doors of a former Bearsden mansion before transporting them into a modern four floor establishment of education.
The substantial development of our facilities over the past 20 years has seen the introduction of adjoining classrooms for each year group, a well-stocked school library for our young learners, a number of bright and modern Kindergarten learning areas and dedicated Art, Computing, Drama and Music teaching spaces that aid our specialist teaching provision within the school.
All classrooms have benefited from the introduction of modern smart boards, whilst each child's individual needs are catered for in our dedicated Support for Learning spaces for every year group.
Our Assembly Hall serves a number of functions, transforming into a gym hall for Physical Education lessons and acting as a stage for our aspiring stars during annual dramatic and musical productions.
Our focus on outdoor learning has seen us maximise the use of our substantial outdoor spaces. This has included the introduction of our Trim Trail and Secret Garden, as well as exciting and interactive outdoor learning spaces within our playground areas.
