Visitor Guidelines

Ensuring the safety of all visitors whilst touring our school.

Visitors to either our Junior or Senior School must currently comply with the following guidelines, as set out by the Government in relation to COVID-19 in educational settings:

  • A temperature check upon arrival. To protect the safety of our community, anyone with a temperature above 37.8 degrees will be asked to reschedule their visit.
  • Make use of our hand sanitising stations. You should also regularly wash and sanitise your hands throughout your visit.
  • Wear a mask at all times while within the school buildings, including in corridors, classrooms, communal areas and toilets.
  • Remain at least 2 metres apart from pupils and staff at all times.
  • Try to avoid touching your face. When coughing or sneezing, use a tissue and immediately dispose of it once used.
  • If feeling unwell (with symptoms including either - a high temperature; a new and continuous cough; or a loss of or change in taste and smell), reschedule your visit until at least 14 days have passed.
  • Reschedule your visit until at least 14 days have passed if you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
  • Visitors are required to provide contact information for the purposes of supporting the NHS Test and Protect system (this information will be deleted by the school 21 days after your visit).

Guidelines are subject to change, in line with the Government guidance at the current time.
